Viha Collective Agreements

The health sciences collective agreement is negotiated between the employers and the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA). It has more than 16,000 members of the HSA, as well as members of the Union of Hospital Employees (HEU), the Union of Canadian Public Employees (CUPE), the Professional Employees Association (PEA) and the BC Government Employees Union (BCGEU). Members and stewards should be aware that this draft collective agreement may contain errors and omissions that will be corrected in the coming months when the agreement is concluded and printed. Once the print version is complete, employers are responsible for distributing collective agreements to all employees covered by HSPBA.
